Salary Range: $54,900 - $74,428
Hiring for both Basic Police Officer Trainee, Lateral Officers, & Lateral SRO Officers
– Must be at least 21 years old
– No maximum age restriction

Basic Police Officer Trainee
Police Academy pay (18 weeks) $54,900 salary
Pay during Field Training Phase $60,501- $64,131
Pay upon completion of training $66,185- $70,156
Qualifications
– Must have high school diploma or GED and 60 credit hours with a 2.0 GPA from an accredited education institution; or
– Must have a high school diploma or GED and 3 years of responsible, full-time work; or
– Must have a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of active service with an Honorable Discharge from any branch of the United States Armed Forces
Lateral Officer & Lateral SRO Officer
Starting Lateral pay $70,215- $74,428
Qualifications
Must have 2 years of POST (or state equivalent) certified law enforcement experience
