WHY: This virtual forum will explain the role and value of police chaplaincy in supporting law enforcement personnel, agency wellness initiatives and community engagement. Law enforcement professionals face frequent exposure to traumatic events, stress and moral challenges; chaplains provide trained, confidential support that helps officers process grief and stress and maintain resilience.
