Kelly Couch

Kelly Couch is a retired California police officer from the Bay Area and retired law enforcement trainer. He was a patrol tactics instructor and the lead EVO instructor at the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST) in Oregon for six years. He still provides training as a part-time instructor. Couch is a PORAC Retired Associate Member.
