Victoria Perisee-Johns is the owner and founder of VIP Crisis Consultation. She has worked in social services for 18 years, bringing her experience within the criminal courts system and alongside law enforcement to collaborative crisis services. Victoria’s goal is to provide departments with the highest quality of service that translates into significant differences in officers’ interactions with the community and the community’s interaction with the department.
