He has also written for Law Enforcement Today, Command, the US-China Law Review and other publications. A member of the IACP and the NSA, he regularly speaks at conferences, including the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences, the Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police and the Stockholm Criminology Symposium, among others.
